Island View Villa is a beautiful six room stone crafted Villa with the dwelling area consisting of 2,200 square feet (204 square meters). The rooms include a large fully equipped kitchen; dinette with crystal chandelier; dining room with glass rattan table, 100 year old crystal chandelier and original hand painted tiled faced stone hearth; living room, two bedrooms and large bathroom with full length mirror, water closet, bidet and shower.

The terrace, garden and lawn area consist of 1,700 square feet (158 square meters). The views from the Villa are breathtaking and expansive. From the wrap around terrace, or upper garden, looking north east, east and south east are the islands of St. Martin, St. Barths, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts, Nevis and Montserrat. Watch cruise ships pass by both night and day, and with some luck you may also see some grey or humpback Whales.

From the upper garden looking west is Mt. Scenery, the Dutch West Indies highest point (2,877 ft above sea level) complete with hiking trail, lush green vegetation and tropical rain forest. Grocery stores are located within 800 ft. Gift shops and restaurants are a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride along the main road with spectacular views along the way.
