Built in 1930, our airy wooden post and beam cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with comfortable beds, a living room, fully applianced eat-in kitchen, tile bathroom with ocean-view hot shower, a private front porch and back deck. Located in the village of Hell's Gate, between the airport and the village of Windwardside, the cottage overlooks Saba's postage stamp airport and is on one of the main hiking trails to Mount Scenery, which can be seen from the mountain side porch.

At 1,200 feet, you have a more-than 270° view of the Caribbean. From the ocean side deck you can hear the crashing of the surf from Spring Bay Beach, and see Cove Bay swimming area. Sunrises over the sea are spectacular. On clear nights lights twinkle from six neighboring islands. Cruise ships pass so close it feels like you could step off the island and onto their decks. You may even see a pod of whales.

With 1475 ft of altitude, in a tropical garden of 5400 sq/ft, dominating the village of Windwardside, awaits you for a weekend, one week or more, this typical cottage built in 1850 on the island of Saba (Netherlands Antilles). Saba, a unique island in the Caribbean archipelago, in the course of homologation by UNESCO to be classified "World Heritage Site."

300 ft away from downtown, in a calm and friendly environment, you will enjoy a panoramic view, facing south-east, nested in a bosky bower. Daphne' s Cottage has been completely refurbished in the respect of the tradition of the island. Daphne Johnson was the last native owner of the house.

You will have 750 sq/ft at your disposal, 1 living room, 2 independent bedrooms equipped with queen size beds, 1 American kitchen and 1 bathroom. The house is furnished with brand new equipment.

A state-of-the-art audio/DVD installation will make you spend moments of relaxation, while choosing in our selection of CDs and DVDs placed at your disposal for free (you can also bring yours). Television is not connected to the cable or to the satellite to enable you to stay away from everydaylife. Telephone and fax machine are accessible only on special request.

All was conceived so that your stay is relaxing and that it makes you forget the "real" world. You will discover the exceptional character of this island where the kindness of the 1400 inhabitants will enchant you. Here no traffic jam, no crime, no bolts to the doors.

Construction of the Dushi Cottage was completed in January 2004 by the finest local craftsmen and done in the Saban style. The cottage boasts the latest in modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, glass fused tiles and beautiful lighting fixtures. A turn-key cottage - you will be provided with new linens, kitchen utensils, phone, dvd, cd player, and Persian rugs.

The one bedroom, 600 square foot cottage has a 1000 square foot deck with unobstructed views of the Caribbean, three islands, and memorable sunrises. You won't want to miss a private oudoor shower with views of Mt. Scenery or a soak in the 100 year-old claw foot tub while gazing out the dutch door to the stars. Ideal for weddings or a romantic holiday.

Located at 1,400 ft above sea level in the charming village of Windwardside and within walking distance of restaurants and bars is Iris House. The house is one of the best examples of a traditional Saban Cottage and has been lovingly maintained. Set in a 1/4 acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, the house consist of 2 bedrooms each with its own private bath and shower, living room with cable TV/multi-region DVD/CD player and stereo, and fully equipped kitchen. There is a small annex at the back which contains a bunk bed for two which is perfect for kids. Dining is enjoyed in the secluded courtyard dining area off the living room or next to the pool.

Outside, a covered balcony with spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for a drink or just to curl up with your favorite book. Sun worshipers can relax on the huge deck surrounding the pool with great views of the Caribbean. Cool drinks are always close by in the gazebo with full wet bar.
